Q Professional Development Hours

Hi,

I am a secondary school teacher and have just completed my modules on the Disability Standards.

The modules are also supposed to count towards NESA Professional Development hours - however, I only added my NESA identification number after I had completed all the modules.

Will I still be able to have the hours registered towards my professional development?

Regards,

Paul

Hi Paul,

The courses will still be registered on eTAMs for your professional learning regardless if the teacher registration ID has been entered or not. We do advise to enter this at registration where you can, however entering this at any stage will be beneficial to the upload process.

The NESA accreditation will be uploaded to the NESA ETAMS portal by ESA as per the processes set by NESA. After the end of each month, we will upload the completion data for that elapsed month. If you are accredited by NESA as a proficient teacher, details of the course will appear in your account once we upload the details.
