[energetic music] The collection of data that allows us to provide all the evidence neededto support their learning within the classroom setting. It's important to make sure that using that evidence each kid's individual learning is adjusted towards them. The adjustments we make within our school to cater to individuals very based on the student's needs. The school has adjusted areas with stairs, and tables that I cannot fit into. So, they've added ramps, elevators, and adjustable tables to suit my needs for learning. They've also serviced the elevator for the stage, for me to go on and do my part as [school] captain. The adjustments we'd have in place to support our students with visual needs would vary from the visual prompts we have around the school to support their mobility and also providing digital copies to a student within their class, to support, being able to see the work, adjust the work to whatever she sees fit. For my assignments, I have discussed with my teachers methods and different ways of supporting me with my assignments and we've come up with the idea to use technology. We use text-to-speech, which helps me translate my voice into words. Sometimes, throughout my assignments, my hands starts to hurt. So, it's easier for me to speak and the technology would help me, just write it for me. The school helps by giving them the extra learning and support they need, with their reading and their english and their maths. But, maybe taking my child maybe, and giving them an extra class. By giving them one-on-ones and to help them improve in the areas they need most. Families, they just want to know what's happening. It involves us providing the families of what the adjustments do look like, and the NCCD process has been a crucial factor in that. And it's made communication greater between school and parents.
