[upbeat music] - Our family want to know how their children are having their needs met. What is it that we are doing as a school, to ensure that the adjustments are being made in the curriculum and in the teaching and learning styles, so that their students can best access what's going on in the classrooms? In order to have those conversations though, we need to make sure that we're in space with families where they feel that they can trust us. Where the relationship is strong. That we can have open and honest communication. And talk about the things that maybe some families might not have ever spoken about before. And this may be the first time that we're opening up both lines of communication about what this child's specific needs are. So, when we build a relationship and keep it at the core, we're having a lot more success through the NCCD process.
