Claremont College engaged a special education consultant from the Association of Independent Schools of NSW to deliver professional learning on how to document the adjustments it was making for each student. The consultant identified that teaching staff were already making adjustments as a natural part of their everyday teaching practice.
Support was provided to assist teachers to document these adjustments and make them explicit in the class program.
